How long does a withdrawal take?

Once you confirm a withdrawal it is queued for payment to the UPI ID on your profile, and you can follow its progress in the Cashback section — each withdrawal is listed with its current status.

If it has not arrived

Check the UPI ID on your profile is correct and still active.
Check the withdrawal's status in the app before assuming it failed.
If the status says it completed but nothing reached you, get in touch with the date and amount and we will trace it.

Your balance is only reduced when a withdrawal is made. If one does not go through, the amount stays in your wallet.
