Yes. If your bill contains products from several offers you had saved, every one of them pays and the amounts are added together into a single credit.
There is no limit on how many different offers one bill can trigger.
No — each offer pays once per bill, however many of that product you buy. Three packs earn that offer once.
Each offer can be used once in total. Once it has paid, it will not pay again on a later bill.
